As part of the growth of our activities, we are creating the position of Contract Manager, whose mission will be to manage the entire life cycle of our contracts within a Group scope in support of the implementation of a project. The cycle extends from the development phase of an offer to a client to the closing of the project.
You are in charge of carrying out the analysis of the contract and its annexes and then of making a synthetic restitution. You analyze the schedule by identifying and formalizing the disruptive / blocking elements. You regularly monitor the contractual disruptions suffered, analyze their impacts and prepare the distribution to the client. You assess opportunities to improve contract performance. You play an advisory role to the project manager on ambiguous contractual points and you prepare contractual messages for the principal with validation by the project manager before distribution. Finally, you work in conjunction with the Legal Manager in order to be back-up during absences.
Graduated with a bac+5 in legal contract law, supplemented by a minimum of 3 years of training or practice in contract management, you have a good knowledge of international contracts.
