Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will be at the center of the IT missions of a growing company! Accompanied by a young and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gradually gain responsibilities on your missions.
Main missions
- In charge of network administration
- Design, implement and maintain the information system
- Prepare specifications for any changes to the company’s IT systems
- Management of a computer park (Windows + Mac)
- Computer input
- Remote handling of user requests: Level 1 HelpDesk
- Diagnostic of failures and suggestion of improvement solutions
- Diagnostic of user problems and necessary troubleshooting
- Assist users and support/train them
Cross-disciplinary skills
- Complies with IT and Telecom security standards and rules
- Ensures the protection of digital data
- Mastery of tools and OS
- Proficiency in technical English
- Knowledge of WEB development would be a plus (HTML, Javascript, PHP, MySql)
Required profile
- Education : BTS / DUT / university degree in IT / Network Administration
- Skills : Technical english
- Qualities: Passionate about new technologies, good relational and team spirit, adaptation, rigor.
