Project management support / AMOA (F/M)

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will be the Project Manager leading the digitalization of a growing company on a French and international scope.

Main missions

  • To collect and define the needs for each department concerned;
  • To establish business and functional specifications;
  • Leading the project to achieve the objectives;
  • To collaborate with the IT department and be the interface with end users;
  • To advise and alert the IT department on the risks that may arise;
  • To help with project management;
  • To carry out the final tests and the acceptance phases with the business services;
  • To produce user manuals and / or procedures and / or operating modes;
  • To participate in the change management process;
  • To ensure reporting and internal communication.

Required profile

  • Education : Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Project Management / AMOA
  • Experience: 3 years minimum
  • Skills: Good level English for the integration of our Scottish subsidiaries
  • Qualities : reactivity, interpersonal skills, adaptation, rigor

Working conditions

  • Job location: Aix-en-Provence (13), and travels to France and abroad
  • Status : Long-term contract (CDI)
  • Starting date : December 2021
  • Remuneration : according to profil
