The Jif Helios, DP1 multipurpose vessel was first chartered to provide test support for a new ROV system of subsea installation. The vessel was fitted with the LARS (over boarding), our GAPS system (positioning) and the ROV equipment.
The client wanted to test and approve a brand new ROV system which catches and moves GPS beacon.
