Jifmar was contracted as a client representative to supervise a sealine installation project in Bangladesh.
Supervising was the initial role, but the procedures & overall preparation were found to be not adequate. We had to review in detail the procedures and change them for a safer method. Operations went well and the full 1,2km long pipes with its manifold were installed within 45 days.
Operations were conducted in tough conditions with really few equipments and successful in the end. A good example of our operational skills & adaptability.
